I decided to offer construction recruiting services in Alaska for a couple of key reasons

Track record

I have placed dozens of construction management candidates at mid to large size contractors and developers over the last two years while working for agencies. I have developed the skills needed to be a recruiting asset to any company that builds in our state.

Construction Specialization

While I am not a builder myself I have been adjacent enough to the industry throughout my life that I have developed the knowledge needed to attract talent to our partners' organizations. Understanding our industry and being able to “talk shop” is important when it comes to sourcing, qualifying, and networking with candidates.

Civic Pride

I feel a real sense of professional and personal accomplishment when the work I do impacts the community I live in. I have lived in Alaska for two years and feel a great sense of pride each time I listen to the news, drive our roads, or spend money at a local business. My roots have been planted and they are only growing deeper.

Recruiting is a human business. The the latest tools or AI can only accomplish so much and being based in Alaska allows up to develop relationships outside the bounds of LinkedIn or Zoom which in turn leads to more impact and less risky hires.
